This is what is said exactly.
1:31 Sweatin Sweatin
1:57 With hopes as we know it sits close to sea
the fallen boulders, old ruins, and cliffs
all atop of the sanctus
high above the sea
a safe place on all counts
2:17 a great place
2:24 where it's a part of you (HOLY HOLY MUSIC!!! ATOP OF THE SANCTUS)
2:27 she leaves us alone, to look if the animals are with him
2:41 (unsure about this part but i can guarentee you, the man talking is saying something about the animals or "the devil") then he say's: about 500,000
2:45 consider yourself a fool to let him pass us by

I poked around Philip Madoc's narration of the Noah's Ark story and I think its a red herring after all. I was focusing more on that aspect of clenci's transcription and not the Stonehenge stuff so much, unfortunately. The search continues...

...just listening to this again, could that be Carl Sagan's voice? Possibly from old Cosmos episodes?

wow very interesting!
Maybe I'm missing something, but I've taken the audio sample of the voiceover and tried to manipulate it to make it sound like the voice in Eagle In Your Mind... brought the pitch down.. EQed ...etc.. can't get it to sound like the sample we hear in the song.. It actually sounds like a completely different voice; different nuances in the pronunciation.. it's not just a simple pitch shift.. anybody else try this?? results?? thoughts??

responding to myself:
earlier in this same Otter documentary for Nature, you hear the great George Page narrating... funny thing.. the voice in Eagle always made me think of George Page and those old Nature on PBS shows. My theory is: there's an alternate voiceover take of this production where George Page is reading that part.. and that's where the sample is from.
